At EverCare Bridge, our goal is to provide compassionate, 24-hour care in a safe, nurturing environment for children and youth with complex needs.
Our services are available to children & teens between the ages of 6 & 17 with various types of disabilities who may require support to live independently or engage in community activities. We work with individuals and families to assess specific needs and develop personalized care plans.
Our care plans are developed through a person-centered approach. We collaborate with individuals and their families to create a personalized care plan based on the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. These plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as necessary to ensure that they remain aligned with the individual’s evolving needs.
Yes, all of our services are fully customizable. We understand that every child has unique needs, so we tailor our care plans and support services to meet those specific needs and preferences.
All of our caregivers undergo extensive training to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest standard of care. This includes training in personal care, medication management, first aid, and supporting individuals with a variety of disabilities. We also conduct ongoing professional development to keep our team up-to-date with the latest care practices.
